AI Background Remover

These Terms and Conditions apply to the AI Background Remover mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by Saeed Ullah Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), and provided as a free service with optional premium subscription plans.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Renewal Charges: Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

  • Manage or Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

  • Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

  • Pricing: Subscription prices and available plans may vary by country. The applicable price and billing period will be displayed before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy.

6. Internet Connection and Data Charges

Some features of the Application may require an active internet connection, provided through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. The Service Provider is not responsible for limited functionality caused by a lack of internet access or an exhausted mobile data allowance.

If you use the Application through a mobile network, your mobile provider's terms and charges may apply. You may incur data usage, roaming, or other network-related charges. You are responsible for these charges.

If you are not the bill payer for the device you use, you confirm that you have obtained the bill payer's permission to use the Application and incur any applicable charges.

7. Device Requirements and Availability

You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged and meets the technical requirements needed to use the Application.

The Service Provider strives to keep the Application functional and up to date but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or operating system version.

If the Application is discontinued or your license to use it ends, you must stop using the affected services and, where appropriate, remove the Application from your device.

Any rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective as required by applicable law.
