AI Lense Terms and Condition

These Terms and Conditions apply to the AI Lens mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by Saeed Ullah Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

1. Use of the Application

The Application provides camera-related, lens-related, and AI-powered features, depending on the functionality available in the current version.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the Application.

2. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction of the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider’s trademarks is prohibited.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative versions of the Application, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Application remain the property of the Service Provider or their respective owners.

3. Application Updates and Changes

The Service Provider may modify, update, improve, or discontinue certain features of the Application at any time.

The Service Provider may introduce paid features or services in the future. Any applicable charges will be communicated to users before purchase.

You may need to download updates to continue using the Application or to access certain features. The Service Provider does not guarantee that every update will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.

5. Camera, Images, and AI Features

Certain features of AI Lens may require access to your device's camera, photos, or selected images.

AI-powered features may rely on automated systems or third-party services. Results may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before relying on them. The Application should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or verification where accuracy is important.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that every AI feature will always be available, error-free, or produce the expected results.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services to support advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or other functionality. These services may be governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

7. Subscription and In-App Purchases

If AI Lens offers optional subscriptions or in-app purchases, the applicable prices, billing periods, and included features will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment processing, subscription management, and cancellation are subject to the applicable platform's terms and procedures.

Where auto-renewable subscriptions are offered, they will renew according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase unless canceled before the applicable renewal deadline.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the relevant app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store's policies and applicable law.

If a free trial is offered, its duration, eligibility, and conversion to a paid subscription will be disclosed before purchase. Any applicable trial cancellation and billing conditions will also be displayed.

By purchasing a subscription or in-app product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the AI Lens Privacy Policy.

8. Internet Connection and Charges

Some features of the Application may require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or a mobile network.

The Service Provider cannot guarantee that all features will function correctly when there is no internet connection, when connectivity is limited, or when a third-party service is unavailable.

Your mobile network provider's terms and charges continue to apply when you use the Application. You may incur data or roaming charges depending on your mobile plan and location.

You are responsible for any charges imposed by your network provider or other third parties in connection with your use of the Application.

9. Device Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.

The Service Provider recommends that you avoid rooting or jailbreaking your device, as doing so may expose it to security risks or cause the Application to malfunction.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your device has sufficient battery power, storage, and other resources needed to use the Application.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Although the Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain the Application, no guarantee is made that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device.

The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated results or information provided by third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

You are responsible for how you use the Application and for reviewing the results generated by its features before relying on them.

This section does not exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Termination

The Service Provider may suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to the Application or certain features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination of your right to use the Application, you must stop using it and delete it from your device if required. Any provisions that by their nature should continue to apply after termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page, together with an updated effective date where appropriate. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Your continued use of the Application after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
